Frank & The Nurse
While many holiday ads lean on familiar tropes, we set out to create something different for Tim Hortons—Canada’s most iconic brand—that would truly resonate with Canadians. Our answer was to highlight how the smallest acts of kindness can have the biggest impact, often in the most unlikely places. That’s why together with Tims we created Frank & The Nurse, a 60-second film about a grouchy patient who, through the simple gesture of receiving Timbits from a caring nurse, finds the motivation to literally climb out of his sadness. We wanted to capture the essence of the holidays without relying on traditional holiday imagery, because sometimes the greatest gift isn’t wrapped—it’s a little bit of care when someone needs it most.
